Refund policy
Due to the nature of our business, Perfect Party Favors does not offer exchanges or returns on any custom orders. “Custom” is defined as we personalized an item for you with a name, picture and/or other personal info; therefore, making the item unable to be resold. You can always contact us for any return question at perfectpartyfavors1@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at perfectpartyfavors1@gmail.com within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. We also ask that you include clear photos of the items for review. We may request for the items to be returned or discarded. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special or sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do have a few items in our store that are not personalized items. Those specific items are eligible for replacement if we have an identical item, or like item that is acceptable by the customer as a replacement. If a replacement is not available, at management discretion, store credit may be rendered in the form of a gift card.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will work diligently to correct any issues on our end, as well as process any necessary refunds due to error, replacement or store credit in the value of the item, which can be used at a later date. We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment as store credit in the form of a gift card. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at perfectpartyfavors1@gmail.com.
Once the order is submitted by the customer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.There will be no refunds or returns due to time spent and items being customized.
